Blue Island Radio Podcast - #13

This week's episode was inspired by the classic Richard Berry song, "Have Love, Will Travel". It focuses on songs about travel and all the different modes of transportation.

Episode #12 - Thee Headcoatees

On this week's episode of Blue Island Radio we have Chatham, England's Thee Headcoatees as our featured artist: Holly Golightly, Ludella Black, Kyra, and (Bongo) Debbie Green. A second, unintended theme seemed to emerge as I was putting this episode together. See if you can guess what it is.

Blue Island Radio - Episode #11

This week's episode is dedicated to my dad, Rudy Zamora, and all the music that he introduced to me over the years. He was my first, and probably the biggest musical influence in my life. So the songs in this episode are from records that he would bring home from work when he was working as a hair dresser on the South Side of Chicago. Dad, you'll always be with me, in my thoughts, in my heart and . . . I would also like to mention that this photograph was taken by a great artist and friend of the show, Ashley Mixon. Thanks!
