Today's featured artist is Jonathan Richman! This picture was taken on March 14, 2018 in Evanston, IL in a room of about 250 people. With a career that has sen it's share of ups and downs, it was great to see him do his thing, which he's doing for more than 40 years now. And as usual, this is in no way an exhaustive or complete picture of Jonathan Richman's work, but just a little taste. Thanks for listening.

If you’ve ever wondered what Phil Collins, Cheetos, and dildo “numb-chucks” all have in common then don’t listen to this show, because we have no idea; yet they are all mentioned with alarming frequency during this episode of The Blue Island Radio Podcast with special guest Joe Sowinski. As a bonus Brandon & Tim manage to squeeze in a few questions about music and Joe’s bands The Old Comiskey’s, Static Age, Young Distractions, and Major Threat.

If you like the show please like us on Facebook, and or follow us on Instagram & Twitter. THANKS!
